Customer Support Agent
Description
- Advise business owners who inquire about our services guiding them toward customized solutions
- Possess strong knowledge of Inc Authority products and services to identify customer's needs when qualifying them (training provided)
- Demonstrate an aptitude for business startup consultation and customer assistance to increase customer satisfaction
- Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with both potential customers and internal team members
- Maintain complete and accurate records of all daily activity and customer contact
- Excellent Phone Communication Skills
- At least 1 year of experience in a client facing position
- Ability to read and write Spanish proficiently (preferred not required)
- Ability to navigate a CRM System and use a headset
- Basic computer skills such as typing while using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)

- Professional Appearance and Demeanor
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
